pretty good card, smooth online process

i finally decided to apply for the KTC Visa Platinum online and it was surprisingly quick. i remember wondering "สมัครบัตรเครดิต KTC ออนไลน์กี่วันอนุมัติ" but it was approved in less than a week, which is faster than some other banks i've dealt with like AEON. i've already used it for some online shopping and the discounts with specific promo codes are nice. the KTC Mobile app is easy enough to navigate for redeeming points too. my only minor gripe is sometimes the cashback promotions at physical stores aren't as clear as they could be, but overall it's a solid card.

Good rewards, okay service.

I've had the บัตรเครดิต KTC Mastercard Platinum for about 6 months now. The rewards are pretty good, I got some nice cashback on a grocery run last month. Applying online was mostly smooth, but it took a bit longer than I expected for the card to actually arrive, maybe 7 days to get to my place in Bangkok. Customer service was helpful when I called about activating it though.
